We decided to leave Beau at the vet office one more day. He’s able to get around a bit and ate some, but with two other dogs here, we think he’ll be better off mending there a while longer. Things are looking…better.

I’m happy to hear that Beau is on the mend. As a veterinarian and pet owner myself, I know first hand how scary it is to have one of your furbabies in the hospital. Sending healing thoughts Beau’s way!
He’s got a ways to go yet. We’ll see how he responds to treatment after he recovers some from this surgery. Right now he seems pleased to be home, getting more than his fair share of petting and attention.
Whew ! Never know. Might be a new lease on life for Beau !
The neuter alone could be a big positive change. You might get
5 or 6 more years with him ! Okay, that may be pushin’ it – but
stay optimistic anyway. 😄
Will do. It’s great to have him home where we can give him love and affection.
How’s Beau today? I’ll bet he misses you!
He’s home, tired and sore but lapping up the love.
